About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our kitchen team as a Kitchen Crew member. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and cooking food items according to our standard operating procedures (SOPs).

This is a dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, teamwork, and flexibility. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure seamless operations and provide exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, a willingness to learn, and excellent time management skills. No prior experience is necessary, but a passion for delivering high-quality results is essential.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook food items according to SOPs, focusing on baking and frying tasks due to our small menu.
  • Assemble orders quickly and accurately to meet customer demands.
  • Restock kitchen supplies and ingredients to ensure seamless operations.
  • Adhere to strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards at all times.
  • Assist with inventory checks and receiving stock deliveries to maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including cleaning, setup, and shutdown of equipment.

Requirements:

  • No minimum certification required, just a willingness to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills in English are essential for success in this role.
  • A positive attitude and eagerness to learn new skills are vital for this position.
  • The ability to work under pressure during peak hours is crucial for delivering exceptional customer service.
  • This is a 5-day work week position, requiring 44 hours of work per week.
