**Job Description**:
As a Product Engineering Manager, you will lead the Product Engineering team to develop exciting next-generation products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to plan and develop the final product solution that meets quality and cost targets.
Your responsibilities include leading silicon characterization and analysis, interfacing with design and test engineers, providing product technical leadership, and overseeing device and process reliability.
You will also set goals, plan and coordinate yield improvement activities, and provide timely debug for customer reported issues.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
To be successful in this role, you must have strong technical, analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills. You should also have experience in leading NPI teams and understanding the ecosystem of product development.
We are looking for someone who is an independent and resourceful individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a comparable discipline.
