As a key member of our medical transport team, you will have the opportunity to serve as a Crew Leader and play a vital role in ensuring the highest level of patient care.
This dynamic position requires strong leadership skills, the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and a passion for delivering exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a high-performing team of healthcare professionals in responding to medical emergencies and providing transportation services to patients.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and overall patient satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination of patient care.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in ambulance nursing to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
Requirements:
- ITE/Diploma in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- Valid State Nurse Board (SNB) certification
- Basic Cardiac Life Support/Automated External Defibrillator (BCLS/AED) training
- Enrolled/Registered Nurses are welcome to apply
