Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our team in designing and implementing complex OutSystems applications. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of web technologies, relational databases, and Agile methodologies.

  • The selected individual will be responsible for leading cross-functional teams through the project lifecycle, ensuring timely delivery from analysis to deployment.
  • Able to develop and enforce architectural standards, frameworks, and guidelines to maintain high-quality solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Mentor junior developers on OutSystems development best practices.
  • Stay updated on the latest OutSystems features and technologies to enhance user experience.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure industry standard compliance.
  • Integrate external services and systems into OutSystems applications effectively.
Key Qualifications
  • Familiarity with OutSystems 11 and ODC is essential.
  • Strong understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and relational databases.
  • Knowledge of .NET for custom code within OutSystems is required.
  • Experience with Agile and DevOps methodologies is necessary.
  • Proven track record of designing scalable and high-availability applications.
  • Key responsibility around security and secure coding practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • OutSystems certification (Associate or Professional) is highly preferred.
