We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to manage full sets of accounts, including AP/AR/GL functions. The successful candidate will oversee month-end and year-end closing processes, ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting, and perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage fixed assets accounting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage full sets of accounts, including AP/AR/GL functions.
  • Oversee month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Ensure accurate and timely financial and management reporting.
  • Perform monthly bank reconciliations and manage fixed assets accounting.
  • Assist with tax compliance and GST submissions for Singapore.
  • Participate in and handle any other ad-hoc duties as required.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Accountancy, ACCA (Stage 1), or equivalent professional qualifications.
  • 3 years of experience in handling full sets of accounts.
  • Strong ability to manage a full set of accounts independently.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills and quick learning capabilities.
  • Able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Skilled in spreadsheets and accounting software.
  • Experience with Globe3 accounting software is a plus.
