Job Title: Manufacturing Technician

We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating CNC machines, automated process lines, hydraulic and pneumatic tools, and specialized fixtures to produce high-precision components.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate CNC machines, automated process lines, hydraulic and pneumatic tools, and specialized fixtures to produce high-precision components
  • Perform tasks such as bonding, etching, and non-destructive testing (X-ray, FPI, UT) within a cleanroom environment
  • Work in accordance with detailed written and illustrated technique sheets, standard operating procedures, and stringent quality control standards
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and implement lean manufacturing principles to enhance process efficiency and product quality
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment by upkeeping 5S standards and adhering to housekeeping protocols
Requirements:
  • NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Aerospace, Precision Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
  • Basic understanding of mechanical components and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to interpret and read engineering drawings, including 3D feature drawings
  • Willingness to work on rotating shifts and perform overtime as needed, including weekends and public holidays
  • Comfortable working in cleanroom environments and with machinery
