Join our community of passionate educators who are dedicated to delivering high-quality enrichment programs for young children. As a Preschool Enrichment Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our students and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess a Certificate or Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education - Teaching (DECCE-T) or 2 years' experience as an Enrichment teacher in Gym movement and Performing Arts. We are looking for someone with excellent communication and classroom management skills, who is enthusiastic, energetic, and has a positive mindset to learn and grow together with us.

Responsibilities include:

  • Implementing programs for classes in accordance with policies, guidelines, framework, and philosophy of the center
  • Keeping accurate records of children's progress and addressing each child's educational and developmental needs on an individual basis
  • Completing progress reports on children for each semester and preparing a developmental portfolio for each child
  • Preparing and maintaining age-appropriate teaching resources, arrangement, appearance, and learning environment of the classroom
  • Maintaining and building relationships with children and parents
  • Conducting MindChamps unique enrichment programs
  • Being an inspiring role model with a creative spirit and a champion (positive) mindset

Key qualifications include:
