The Deputy Director, Undergraduate Programmes Office is a key leadership position at NTU. The successful candidate will lead the Undergraduate Programmes Office and provide strategic oversight for all academic and student administrative services to undergraduates.

Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and implement strategic plans in collaboration with Associate Deans and Assistant Deans.
    • Drive curricular innovations and spearhead new initiatives.
  • Stakeholder Engagement:
    • Engage with key stakeholders, including academic partners, industry associates, professional bodies, and community partners.
    • Interface with programmes and functional offices within NTU, cross-departments, and colleges/schools within NTU and central NTU departments.
  • Programme Management, Operations, and Student Life/Administration:
    • Ensure smooth operations and delivery of academic and student services.
    • Provide administrative oversight for the implementation of new programmes and initiatives.
    • Spearhead co-curricular, non-credit bearing student development/enrichment programmes.
    • Oversee logistical and operational management.
    • Identify opportunities to innovate and enhance operational efficiency.
