Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as a Senior Product Engineer. This role will be responsible for managing new product introductions, ensuring product quality, yield optimization, and driving improvements across the manufacturing lifecycle.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead new product introduction activities from prototype to high-volume production at OSAT.
  • Collaborate with design, process, and test engineering teams to ensure DFM/DFT alignment and manufacturability.
  • Develop product characterization and qualification plans to meet industry and customer requirements.
  • Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions for yield excursions, quality issues, and field returns.
  • Optimize test programs and methodologies to improve yield, reduce test time, and ensure reliability.
  • Analyze production data (WAT, CP, FT,) and statistical process control (SPC) to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Own and drive cost reduction initiatives (e.g., yield enhancement, test time reduction, package optimization).
  • Manage product documentation, including specifications, BOMs, and production release documents.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics, Electrical, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
  • 5–10+ years of relevant experience in product engineering within the semiconductor industry.
  • Solid understanding of wafer fabrication, assembly, and test processes.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (e.g., JMP, Python, SQL, Excel) and statistical techniques (DOE, SPC, GR&R).
  • Familiarity with Advantest 93K test platforms and probe/test data analysis.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven, structured approach to issue resolution.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to work cross-functionally with global teams.
