About the Job

">
  • We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the entire process of project and corporate financing. This includes designing plans, selecting financing channels, preparing materials, and executing projects.">
  • You will be responsible for conducting financial modeling, preparing financing proposals, and performing risk assessments to ensure feasibility and implementation.">
  • Maintain and expand partnerships with banks, trusts, and securities firms. Participate in negotiations and agreement signings.">
  • Assist in financial review before corporate listing and coordinate with intermediaries to complete submissions and documentation.">

Requirements

">
  • A degree in Accountancy or Investment with 3-5 years of experience in financing is required.">
  • Strong skills in financial analysis and capital operations are essential.">
  • You should be able to independently design and execute financing plans. Familiarity with financing processes and strong communication and coordination abilities are necessary.">
  • Familiarity with Mandarin language to engage with Chinese stakeholders is an advantage.">
