Role Overview

Mastercard Foundry Asia Pacific is seeking a Product Experience Design Specialist to join our regional CX & Design team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visualize critical moments and opportunities across end-to-end product journeys.
  • Participate in cross-functional workshops to identify product or feature level opportunities.
  • Create design concepts that explore multiple options and leverage research findings.
  • Define problems to solve through ongoing partnership with Product Management teams.
  • Provide input into the creation of product vision and support stakeholder decisions.
  • Craft engaging experiences that drive adoption and use through thoughtful interaction, content, and visual design.
  • Create experience prototypes to evaluate product and end-customer assumptions.
  • Localize global solutions to the AP region, considering design, research, and competitor analysis.
Requirements
  • 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in UX and visual design for desktop and mobile devices.
  • Strong visual design skills are essential.
  • Ability to consider customer interactions from overall journey level to smallest details.
  • Experience with Design Thinking methodology and ability to bring products to market using this approach.
  • Produce, test, and iterate on experience artifacts, including user flows, interaction models, prototypes, wireframes, sketches, and design specifications.
  • Expertise in creative tools like Figma and Adobe XD.
  • Awareness of common interaction patterns and knowledge of when and how to apply them.
  • Previous work experience on complex projects in large business settings.
  • Portfolio of work demonstrating creative process and completed design solutions.
  • Inclusive, people-centric, and data-focused design mentality, understanding qualitative and quantitative research methodologies.
  • Critical thinking and questioning the status quo.
  • Proven ability to deliver solutions and maintain utmost standards of quality.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Previous branding, illustration, or animation experience.
  • Contributed to the creation of design systems.
