Transforming Cybersecurity with AI: A Software Engineering Challenge
- We seek a visionary AI Security Developer to spearhead our mission to fortify firm-wide cyber resilience through cutting-edge AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and develop innovative tech solutions based on communicated requirements and technical design
- Design and implement AI-driven enhancements to the firm's cybersecurity posture and existing CDRR products/processes
- Create comprehensive documentation and support procedures for operational teams
- Enforce software standards in the development circle
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and presenting these for architectural review
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Python programming language is essential, along with experience using open-source frameworks like PyTorch, LangChain, and test-driven development methodology
- Proficiency in CI/CD tools like Git, Jenkins, and Team City, as well as hands-on experience with databases such as RDBMS or NoSQL or graph database
Desired Skills:
- Hands-on experience with generative AI technologies, e.g., finetune, distillation, retrieval-augmented-generation, MCP, A2A
- Good knowledge of core AI/ML concepts
- Experience in data engineering and scripting languages, e.g., Shell, Regular expression
- Agile methodology, e.g., sprint planning, daily Scrum, retrospective, and basic Linux knowledge
