Job Role:

Key Responsibilities:

Essential Skills:
  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the construction industry.
  • Familiarity with civil, mechanical, and electrical systems.
  • Possession of relevant certifications, such as BCSS.
  • Ability to prepare tender documents effectively.
  • Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong analytical and business acumen skills.
  • Effective negotiation and planning skills.
  • Able to multitask in fast-paced environments.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including night shifts when required.
