Lead Enterprise Architect

We seek an accomplished Lead Enterprise Architect to spearhead our team's technology strategy and implementation. Your expertise will drive business growth by fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned architect to lead end-to-end system software development, design, and delivery. You will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing technology strategies that align with business objectives
  • Leveraging industry best practices to build highly available and reliable applications
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment

You will have the autonomy to:

  • Architect and deliver system software solutions that meet product requirements
  • Contribute to DevSecOps-enabled continuous integration environment
  • Research, evaluate, and prototype new technologies and products to improve processes and tools
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of professional experience in Software architecture, backend development, frontend or mobile solution design, preferably in the Card Payment/Digital Payment/Banking/Fintech industry
  • At least 5 years' experience in Enterprise Architecture in a large, complex, multi-location, multinational environment

Preferred skills include:

  • Hands-on development experience in low-code and no-code platforms
  • Mastering cloud-native architecture and design principles
  • Proficiency in Kubernetes, OpenStack, AWS, Azure
