  • Initiate, analyze, plan, and execute reconfiguration projects to maximize tester utilization.
  • Coordinate with internal customers to ensure tester readiness and adherence to schedules.
  • Plan and manage testers and related hardware & software, oversee transfer in/out activities.
Requirements:
  • Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or any Engineering discipline.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical skills, with a flair for numbers and data-driven decision making.
  • Good communication skills and adaptable to changes.
  • Able to work well as a team player while being independent and pro-active in problem-solving.
  • Positive attitude and growth mindset and eagerness to learn.
  • Demonstrate ability to lead or participate in projects or team activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Fresh graduates may apply.
