Job Title: Financial Data Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Data Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in analyzing financial data and presenting insights to top management.

Your primary responsibility will be to perform thorough financial analysis, monitor platform transaction metrics, and create actionable reports. You will work closely with senior management to provide analytical support, forecasting, and project assistance.

A successful candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner. They will also possess strong Excel/Google Sheets skills and experience working with cryptocurrency markets.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in finance-related positions and hold a business-level proficiency in English (JLPT N2 or above). Japanese language skills are also beneficial, as reporting to top management may require fluency in Japanese.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform financial analysis and present insights to top management
  • Monitor platform transaction metrics and create reports
  • Provide analytical support, forecasting, and project assistance to senior management
  • Oversee some financial functions, including invoice creation and preparation of supporting documents for audits

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in finance-related positions
  • Business-level proficiency in English (JLPT N2 or above)
  • Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Knowledge/experience of cryptocurrency markets
