Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a solid compliance framework that aligns with regulatory requirements
  • Evaluate and improve the company's compliance with regulatory standards and corporate SOPs
  • Assist the organization with compliance issues and provide guidance on regulatory matters
  • Consult and coordinate with regulatory agencies, external advisors, and stakeholders on compliance and legal issues
  • Provide support with license applications in various jurisdictions
  • Regularly conduct risk and compliance audits to detect potential violations, flaws, or dangers and respond accordingly

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need at least 8 years of related experience in navigating compliance matters. You should have excellent knowledge of Singapore's regulatory standards, including MAS Notices and Guidelines, PDPA, Financial Advisers Act, AML/CFT regulations, and Securities & Futures Act.

A background in Fund Management, Fintech Industry, and Financial Advisory is desirable, as is past experience working with MAS. You will also need strong MS Office abilities and familiarity with information technologies. Self-motivation and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment are essential, as are strong communication and interpersonal skills to deal with multiple stakeholders worldwide.
