We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Site Supervisor to join our team at XGH CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. As a key member of our site operations team, you will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager in the daily execution of work and ensuring that all projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager in coordinating and supervising the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers
• Work closely with other site operations staff to meet project schedules and deadlines
• Ensure that all works are executed in accordance with construction drawings and specifications
• Monitor the progress and quality of work being performed by workers
• Ensure that all works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship
• Understand and ensure compliance with project requirements and scope of work
• Distribute resources and allocate tasks as needed
• Develop and implement project schedules and timelines
• Ensure project completion and handover on time

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction site supervision or project management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
