APAC Refresh Initiative

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our APAC refresh initiative for end-of-life network devices, part of a regional program managing over 5k networking devices.

The successful candidate will drive governance, reporting, and stakeholder alignment across 10–12 technical domains. Key responsibilities include overseeing end-to-end program governance, working closely with global teams to ensure alignment to governance and reporting frameworks, guiding and coordinating with project managers, and owning reporting and dashboarding of program status.

  1. Develop and implement governance frameworks to drive execution across teams.
  2. Manage stakeholder relationships and unify teams around program delivery.
  3. Participate in global calls and provide regular updates on program progress.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing governance for large-scale programs, strong reporting and dashboarding skills, and experience managing project managers and/or large delivery teams. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and align global stakeholders in matrix environments.
