Role Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented IT professional to join our team as an IT Infrastructure Specialist. The ideal candidate will possess excellent system administration skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

- Perform daily system checks on customized Windows programs and servers to ensure smooth operation of security printing processes.
- Conduct basic troubleshooting on the file processing and escalating any issues or errors to the relevant teams (e.g., System Administration, Development) according to operational guidelines.
- Maintain and update all operational documentation, including process guides and error logs.
- Attend and participate in knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team expertise.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- At least 1 year of experience in IT infrastructure management.
- Strong understanding of Windows operating systems and server administration.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
