Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Assistant to join our team at TAT JING CONSTRUCTION. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing innovative marketing strategies and materials to promote our brand.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales, marketing, and PR strategies to increase brand awareness and drive business growth.
  • Plan, coordinate, and execute sponsorships, promotional activities, events, and roadshows to engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Support product, sales, and export departments with marketing-related activities and materials to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Assist in responding to ad-hoc walk-in customer sales enquiries in showrooms and provide excellent customer service.
  • Create, manage, optimize, and track social media and SEO/SEM campaigns to reach a wider audience and build brand reputation.
  • Manage and update brand websites with product information and events to keep customers informed and engaged.
  • Manage and create content for social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok) and respond to relevant social media and customer enquiries.
  • Prepare monthly marketing reports and regular updates on competitors' benchmarking reports to inform business decisions.
  • Ensure all brand and marketing guidelines are followed and implemented by both local and export markets.
  • Plan and conduct internal and external trainings related to products and marketing to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
  • Oversee export distributors' marketing activities and support them with available marketing resources.
  • Manage brand image for showrooms and events (local and export markets) to maintain consistency and professionalism.
Requirements
  • NITEC or Diploma in Marketing/Mass Communication/Business Administration or related fields.
  • Prior marketing experience is preferred but not required.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other designing software is an added advantage.
  • Team player with good interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Entry-level candidates are welcome to apply.

Working Hours: 8:30am - 4:30pm
