Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Fund Accounting Business Change Manager to drive business change initiatives and support daily fund accounting operations. The role is crucial in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong client service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead fund accounting business change events, including new fund launches, mergers, and closures.
  • Manage IT and non-IT change requests, encompassing business analysis, documentation, UAT, and implementation.
  • Oversee project management tasks, such as planning, RAID logs, stakeholder coordination, and reporting.
  • Support daily fund accounting operations, including NAV oversight, audit liaison, and client servicing.
  • Draft and monitor SLAs, operational manuals, and contribute to global operating model improvements.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal controls.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
  • At least 7 years of hands-on experience within Fund Accounting / Fund Administration in an Operations role.
  • Strong knowledge of fund launches, performance fees, swing pricing, and accounting practices.
  • Experience with multifonds accounting system required.
  • Strong project management, analytical, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Fluency in Business Mandarin is an advantage due to frequent engagement with Chinese clients.
