Lead Systems Architect

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Systems Architect to join our team. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for leading the design and development of complex systems, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Job Description:
  • Develop and maintain system architecture and design documents.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define system requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure system compliance with relevant regulatory standards and industry best practices.
  • Design and implement system verification and validation plans.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electronics & Computer Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in R&D product development for embedded systems.
  • Proven ability to resolve cross-functional technical issues in embedded system design.
  • Strong knowledge of EMC/EMI, electronics design, software development, and thermal management.
  • Solid understanding of sensor technologies and their principles.
  • Proficiency in interpreting and applying product regulatory standards to guide engineering decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of all technical aspects in product development, collaborating with stakeholders to define system requirements.
  • Identify technical constraints and ensure requirements are realistic and achievable.
  • Lead the technical workstream to deliver projects on time, within scope, and aligned with quality and cost targets.
  • Design the system architecture, breaking it into clear domains that meet system specifications, safety requirements, and manufacturing cost goals.
  • Develop, review, and optimize system test cases and specifications to ensure quality, robustness, and efficiency.
  • Conduct feasibility studies to explore and integrate new technologies for future products.
  • Support product lifecycle activities, including coordinating failure analysis and driving design improvements.
  • Establish and manage the system verification plan to support test-driven development.
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership, guiding cross-functional teams and resolving challenges.
  • Monitor and mitigate technical risks throughout the project lifecycle.
