Job Opportunity: Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to design, develop, and implement marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Implement personalized customer journeys using Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
  • Work with AMPscript, SQL, and integrations between Salesforce Core and Marketing Cloud
  • Familiarize yourself with REST/SOAP APIs and Marketing Cloud Connect

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Strong proficiency in AMPscript, SQL, HTML/CSS
  • Experience working with Journey Builder, Email Studio, Automation Studio, and Contact Builder
  • Familiarity with data modeling, segmentation, and personalization strategies
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Marketing Cloud Email Specialist, Marketing Cloud Developer) are a plus
