Job Overview:

The Human Resource Senior Executive plays a vital role in supporting the company's strategic objectives by providing expert advice on manpower planning and analysis. This dynamic professional will be part of a collaborative team working closely with Planning Leads and stakeholders to drive business growth through informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain accurate manpower forecasts to inform business strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine staffing projections and optimize resource allocation
  • Analyze complex data from HR systems to identify trends and insights that inform workforce decisions
  • Design and implement reports and visualizations using Microsoft Excel and advanced data visualization tools
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic initiatives

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Analytics, Data Science, or Statistics
  • Meticulous attention to detail and strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with data visualization tools and ability to communicate complex insights effectively
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
