About the Role:

As a Partner Manager, you'll play a mission-critical role in accelerating the growth and impact of the XRPL ecosystem. You will be the go-to leader for a portfolio of high-profile partners, guiding them through every stage of their journey: from idea to integration to go-live and beyond.

This is not a passive role. You will be hands-on in shaping tokenization strategies, architecting utility on-chain, and removing roadblocks in fast-moving, complex environments. Key Responsibilities:
