**Job Title:** 3D Modeler and Drafter

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a 3D Modeler and Drafter. This role is responsible for producing accurate 3D models and 2D documentation using BIM software to support the design and delivery of electrical and infrastructure solutions.

This individual will work closely with engineers, designers, and project managers to capture design intent accurately. The successful candidate will coordinate BIM models across disciplines and ensure compliance with project requirements. They will also implement and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain accurate BIM models and detailed drawings for electrical and infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to capture design intent accurately.
  • Coordinate BIM models across disciplines and ensure compliance with project requirements.
  • Implement and maintain BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
  • Create and manage Revit families and documentation for bills of materials (BOM).
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost efficiency.
  • Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and AutoCAD.
  • Ability to read and interpret project drawings and specifications.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.

  • Dynamo, Inventor, Solid Edge, or SolidWorks.
