Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager/Deputy Project Manager to lead our project teams and drive success in government-related projects.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage project teams to meet or exceed customer contractual requirements, ensuring seamless delivery of results.
  • Develop and update project plans, schedules, and quality plans to align with business objectives.
  • Monitor costs, forecasts, and project risks to minimize potential threats.
  • Oversee project communications and reporting to keep stakeholders informed.
  • Lead IT projects involving site preparation, hardware installation, and support to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology, or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in government-related projects. Candidates with less experience may apply for Deputy PM position.
  • Knowledge and experience in J2EE-based solutions, .NET-based application development, and domain expertise in National ID Cards, E-Passports, Biometrics, Smart Cards, and Immigration Clearance Gates are advantageous.
  • Experience in deploying and supporting PC-based hardware and custom software across multiple sites in Singapore is required.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, strong written and verbal communication skills, and team leadership qualities are essential.
  • Project Management certifications such as CITPM, PMP, or Agile-related certifications are advantageous.
