About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Programmatic Trader to join our team at Dentsu. As a key member of our digital media team, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of programmatic campaigns, ensuring a high standard of operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate programmatic campaigns across multiple channels, including display, video, native, and OOH.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth delivery of campaigns and discuss opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and execute cross-channel strategies for clients across various industry verticals, aligning with defined objectives and KPIs.
  • Work closely with media, tech, and data vendors to understand their roadmaps and identify opportunities for our clients.
  • Design and execute A/B tests to drive continuous optimization, incorporating learnings into future campaign activities.
  • Measure and analyze results, providing regular reports on campaign performance and proposing adjustments to strategies and tactics.
  • Align organizational and product goals with specific project deliverables.
  • Partner with other digital channels to ensure overall strategy and message alignment.
  • Utilize data from automated platforms to inform optimization and campaign strategies.
Requirements
  • Minimum 1-2 years of hands-on experience with programmatic platforms, including DV360, The TradeDesk, Xandr, and Amazon.
  • Conceptual understanding of technology's role in the digital landscape.
  • Additional platform experience, such as Flashtalking, Studio, Innovid, Facebook Business Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and DMPs, is an advantage.
  • Experience managing paid media campaigns for large-scale local and regional clients.
  • Experience with campaign trafficking, tagging, and executing A/B tests.
  • High-level Excel knowledge, including pivot tables, charts, and formulae. SQL and Python are a plus.
  • A curious mind with solid quantitative and analytical skills, as well as strong attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present recommendations to all management levels and coordinate with publishers and key agency partners.
  • An enthusiastic and confident individual with the ability to interact well with people on a personal and professional level and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
