Job Title: Spa Therapy Professionals

About the Role:
  • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced spa therapist to join our team. As a spa therapy professional, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and delivering high-quality spa treatments.


Responsibilities:
  1. Deliver consistent professional spa massage (either body or foot) in accordance with spa standards.
  2. Maintain a high level of service standards at all times.
  3. Ensure the cleanliness and neatness of spa facilities, treatment rooms, and other parts of the spa.
  4. Prepare necessary treatment products, replenish stocks, and supply towels as needed.
  5. Handle customer queries and concerns efficiently and politely.
  6. Follow instructions given by the spa manager.
