This role has the potential to be based in multiple locations, including Singapore, India, Hong Kong and Malaysia.
Our team is seeking an exceptional Audit Manager to join our Change Transformation audit team.
The global nature of this role includes executing audits across various areas such as Ways of Working, project lifecycle, Classic and Agile delivery, project governance, reporting and monitoring, scheduling, resource management and financial management.
This position will involve working on complex audits like cross-functional and multi-location high risk audits and provide opportunities to interact and engage with both Group and Country Stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Maintain awareness of the Group's business strategy and model, and understanding of the Group's Transformation priorities.
- Perform, support or lead where directed, the planning, fieldwork, and reporting of internal audit engagements to deliver agreed assurance objectives to established GIA standards and timelines.
Deliver quality audit reports that are effectively written with practical, actionable, measurable and value-added recommendations.
Share knowledge, skills and experience with team members and the wider GIA and provide advisory to internal auditors from both Business and Technology on Change Management.
Assist in standardisation and documentation of processes, risks, and controls and work with internal stakeholders to build a comprehensive and simple test procedures for Change Management.
Liaise with Change Management standard owners where required.
Assist to track and consolidate all Change related audit issues raised by GIA, Regulators or Monitors and provide periodic updates to internal GIA Management and senior risk committees.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A deep understanding of the Group's business strategy and model.
- Proven experience in executing audits across various areas such as Ways of Working, project lifecycle, Classic and Agile delivery, project governance, reporting and monitoring, scheduling, resource management and financial management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
You will be able to demonstrate your ability to work independently and as part of a team, and provide guidance and support to colleagues as needed.
Additionally, you will be able to demonstrate your ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
