We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analytics Specialist to join our team at Singapore Health Services PTE LTD. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving business decisions through data analysis and visualization.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex data sets. They will work closely with stakeholders to develop data visualizations and reports that inform strategic decision-making. In addition, they will assist in collating information for the National Costing Exercise and work with vendors to ensure accurate datasets.
Key Responsibilities
• Develop and maintain advanced data visualizations and reports to support business intelligence and performance management
• Analyze complex data sets to identify trends and insights that inform business decisions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement data-driven solutions
• Assist in data analysis and leverage on data from MOH and the cluster data warehouse to extract relevant data for analysis and allocation
• Work closely with vendors and IT colleagues to ensure accurate datasets, configure costing rules, derive the required costing output of the various services by patient level and ensure costing results are complete and timely
Requirements
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Business, Economics, or related field with at least 6 years of experience in Accounting/Finance Field
Prior experience in a healthcare setting will be an advantage
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Power BI
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional and institutional relationships
$80,000 - $110,000 per annum based on experience
