Job Title: Digital Video Processing Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Video Processing Expert to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in the design and development of innovative video encoder and decoder solutions.

About the Role:

  • Video Encoder and Decoder Design: You will be responsible for designing video encoder and decoder architectures that meet market requirements and collaborate with IC design teams to resolve design phase issues.
  • Test Planning and Qualification: You will develop test plans for video encoders and decoders to ensure their designs meet quality standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering with IC design background.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Familiarity with video compression technologies like MPEG4, H264, H265, MPEG5.
    • Understanding of video quality assessment techniques.
    • Knowledge of video encoding algorithms and decoding compliance testing.
    • Experience with video encoder and decoder RTL design architectures.
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
