Job Description:

As an Exceptional Front Desk Professional, you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. You will provide exceptional support to ensure a positive experience for everyone who enters our premises.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing administrative support to the facilities management team
  • Managing office supplies inventory and handling paperwork related to maintenance activities
  • Booking meeting rooms and updating the phone directory and company brochures
  • Assisting the facilities management team in overseeing contractors on-site and finding vendors and services
  • Coordinating with building management for security forms, visitor lists, and vendor coordination
  • Handling UGV & BOLO processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
