Project Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team at SEATECH SOLUTIONS INTERNATIONAL (S) PTE LTD.

About the Role

This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for a highly motivated and organized individual to manage client relationships, lead multiple design projects concurrently, and provide overall leadership while achieving targets efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, strong technical and marketing knowledge of the shipbuilding industry, and experience in project management.

Responsibilities
  • Manage client relationships and expectations
  • Lead 4-5 design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely completion and quality deliverables
  • Develop and present project plans, progress reports, and presentations to clients and stakeholders
  • Liaise with shipyards, classification societies, vendors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in project management or a related field in the ship design/building industry
  • Excellent organizational, planning, and leadership skills
  • Strong technical and marketing knowledge of the shipbuilding industry
  • Fluent English and Mandarin language skills
