Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Property Marketing Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of creating engaging and accurate property descriptions, capturing high-quality photos and virtual tours, and managing listings across multiple platforms.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing campaigns that drive results, as well as collaborating with internal teams to ensure brand consistency and messaging alignment.

  • Create compelling property descriptions tailored for multiple platforms
  • Capture professional photos and virtual tours to highlight property features
  • Manage, update, and optimize listings across websites, MLS, and social media
  • Develop digital marketing campaigns including email and targeted ads
  • Collaborate with sales and leasing teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging
  • Monitor performance metrics, track engagement, and recommend optimizations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on property or real estate listings
  • Strong writing and content creation skills for engaging property descriptions
