**Job Title:** Environmental Health and Safety Expertise Leader

We are seeking an experienced Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) professional to lead our EHS training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in EHS, including at least 5 years in construction and minimum 3 years as a full-time EHS trainer.

The EHS expertise leader will work closely with the EHS and HR teams to determine training needs, address emerging safety issues, and ensure that training objectives align with the organization's overall safety culture and policies.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Develop and implement EHS training programs
  • Collaborate with EHS and HR teams to identify training requirements
  • Conduct regular training sessions to ensure compliance with industry regulations
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and provide feedback
  • Monitor and report on training metrics

The EHS expertise leader will be responsible for fostering a culture of safety and environmental responsibility throughout the organization by communicating the importance of safety, encouraging engagement, and reinforcing positive behaviors among all employees.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of experience in EHS in the construction industry
  • Minimum 3 years of experience as a full-time EHS trainer
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) laws, Standards, and Code of Practices (COP)
  • Relevant certifications such as Registered WSH Officer (WSHO) or Environmental Control Officer (ECO)
