Job Title: Procurement Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for ensuring that all procurement activities are conducted in accordance with our company's policies and procedures.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement, contract administration, and cost management. You will be responsible for developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing the procurement of goods and services.

  • Developing and implementing procurement strategies that align with business objectives;
  • Managing vendor relationships and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services;
  • Overseeing the procurement process, including sourcing, tendering, and contract negotiations;
  • Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and project requirements;

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years' professional experience in procurement, preferably with exposure to high-end hospitality and residential projects;
  • A strong background in contract administration, cost management, and procurement;
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing procurement strategies, managing vendor relationships, and overseeing the procurement process;
  • Knowledge of construction and interior fit-out procurement;
  • Familiarity with FF&E, finishes, and design-led procurement is preferred;
