Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned software testing professional to lead our quality assurance strategy. As a dynamic and innovative Testing Lead, you will shape and drive our approach to ensure high product quality, system reliability, and regulatory compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive testing strategies combining manual and automated approaches.
  • Promote a risk-based testing approach to identify system vulnerabilities and minimize defects.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing QA team by mentoring team members and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Partner with developers, DevOps engineers, and product teams to integrate testing into CI/CD workflows.
  • Introduce modern testing solutions such as AI-powered automation, predictive analytics, and next-gen validation techniques.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Minimum 6-8 years of experience in software testing, QA methodologies, and systems validation.
  • Proven experience with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD environments, including strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Demonstrated success in establishing quality standards, engineering best practices, and performance tracking through well-defined KPIs.
  • Strong background in leading QA teams, test architects, and automation engineers.
  • Understanding of software security, compliance standards, and risk management.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence, collaborate, and drive quality across multiple teams.
