Solutions Architect Role

As a key player in driving the adoption of SOAR solutions across various sectors, you will play a pivotal role in delivering technical presentations, designing solutions, conducting proof-of-concept engagements, and supporting the sales team with your deep product and cybersecurity domain knowledge.

About the Opportunity

In this role, you will work closely with partners, vendors, and internal teams to deliver tailored automation use cases for SOAR platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Providing pre-sales support to customers, including solution presentations, technical workshops, and POCs for SOAR solutions.
  • Designing SOAR architecture and integration blueprints based on customer requirements.
  • Partner enablement: Delivering enablement sessions, demonstrations, and workshops to partners and resellers to upskill them on SOAR platforms.
  • POC ownership: Leading and executing POCs, assisting customers in validating solution capabilities, playbook creation, and demonstrating ROI and business value.
  • Proposal development: Assisting in the creation of technical proposals, scope of work (SOW) documents, and Bill of Materials (BOM) related to SOAR deployments.
  • Competitive positioning: Articulating the unique value propositions of the SOAR solutions vs. competitors, addressing technical objections and differentiators.
Requirements and Expectations

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • Diploma/Degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • 3–5 years of cybersecurity pre-sales, solution consulting, or architecture experience (minimum 1–2 years in SOAR or Security Operations technologies).
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Palo Alto Networks Cortex XSOAR Certified, Splunk Admin, CISSP, or cybersecurity-related certifications) are advantageous.
  • Hands-on experience with SOAR platforms (e.g., Palo Alto Cortex XSOAR, Splunk SOAR, FortiSOAR, IBM Resilient, etc.).
