Content Developer, Luxury Services

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Developer to join our team and help us create engaging luxury services content. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing high-quality eLearning content, including workbooks, video scripts, and related training materials.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop department-specific eLearning content that meets the needs of our clients and aligns with our brand standards.
  • Collaborate with our training team to customize and format PowerPoint content that meets departmental requirements.
  • Participate in the creation of our luxury service awareness campaign, contributing ideas and content to promote exceptional service excellence.
  • Provide copywriting support across projects, ensuring that all content is clear, concise, and aligned with our brand standards.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in content creation, instructional design, or similar roles within hospitality or luxury industries.
