Civil Project Coordinator Job

Job Overview:

  • We are seeking a skilled Civil Project Coordinator to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing timely and accurate progress reports for ongoing projects. This includes highlighting key milestones, achievements, and challenges.
  • Assist in the preparation of comprehensive work done reports detailing completed tasks, materials used, and any deviations from the initial plan.
  • Support the engineering team in maintaining internal quality management documents ensuring project processes adhere to standards.
  • Update and maintain monthly reports including project status and resource allocation to provide a clear overview of project performance.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties assigned by senior report engineers.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Relevant experience may also be considered.
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong analytical capabilities to interpret project data.
  • Excellent organizational skills and effective communication skills are essential.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite AutoCAD or project management software is required.
  • Training will be provided for the position which is based in an office environment.
