English Language Instructor

We are seeking a qualified educator to take on the role of English Language Instructor.

  • Design and implement engaging educational resources that cater to the diverse needs of young learners, enhancing their language skills and promoting academic excellence.
  • Regularly communicate with parents through progress reports and address any concerns they may have regarding their children's academic development throughout the school term.
  • Educate outside of traditional classroom settings: hold classes in partner locations and other venues as required.
  • Participate in action research projects, pilot studies, and collaborate in the creation and development of curricula and resources that support student learning.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular assessments in a group environment.
  • Host bi-annual Meet-the-Parents sessions to facilitate open communication between teachers and parents, fostering a collaborative approach to education.
  • Deliver training sessions and contribute to awareness campaigns, sharing expertise and best practices in teaching methodologies.
  • Take on additional responsibilities as delegated by management.

The ideal candidate should possess a degree in English Language or its equivalent and at least 1 year of working experience in education.

This is a full-time position requiring flexibility to work on weekends. The salary range is $3300-$3800 per annum, paid in SGD.
