Job Summary
Your Role: As Senior Quality Professional, you will play a critical part in driving quality throughout our organization. You will ensure that we maintain the highest standards of compliance with sound scientific practice, GxP and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

You will report to the Head of Quality and work closely with Operational departments to reduce the risk of quality findings. Your responsibilities include leading data audits, internal inspections, and client and regulatory audits. Additionally, you will be responsible for influencing and impacting QA and operational departments regarding GxP compliance.

About You
A Degree or equivalent in Biological Science or Quality Management is required. A minimum of two to five years' experience working in Quality Assurance or a related field within a GxP regulated environment is preferred. Previous experience leading a team and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. You must also be highly motivated, a self-starter who can use initiative to drive scheduled work activities forward. Excellent leadership, facilitation, and communication skills are also necessary.
