Job Description

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled and organized Project Coordinator to support our Project Management team in delivering luxury retail construction projects. The successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

The Project Coordinator will be responsible for managing project documentation, assisting with submissions to landlords/authorities, tracking project schedules and milestones, preparing delivery schedules, coordinating logistics, supporting project billing, claims, and schedule tracking, and assisting with project handover documents.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who possesses the following qualifications:

  • A GCE 'O' Level in Business Administration, Project Management, Building, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in project administration, preferably in the construction/fit-out industry.
  • Familiarity with Singapore construction documentation and permit processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Project, with knowledge of project tools an advantage.
