Job Title: Project Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Planner to join our team. As a Project Planner, you will be responsible for organizing and implementing scheduling management systems that support the project team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To coordinate with the project team and subcontractors to develop and implement project schedules.
  • To produce baseline schedules that outline time and resource requirements for design, procurement, fabrication, testing, installation, and inspections.
  • To maintain up-to-date project schedules and ensure they reflect physical site progress.
  • To prepare and submit regular reporting to stakeholders, including daily, weekly, and monthly updates.
  • To identify and manage changes to the project schedule and update the master schedule accordingly.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in project planning and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in using PRIMAVERA P6 and Microsoft Project software.
