About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior Technical Manager and Technical Manager to drive research and innovation projects forward.

As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the development of new construction and pavement engineering materials through thorough research and analysis. Your primary goal will be to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions that meet high standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive research and development of innovative construction materials.
  • Collaborate with laboratory personnel to design and conduct experiments on various construction materials.
  • Assist in quality assurance and/or quality control processes to ensure our products meet high standards.
  • Prepare detailed test reports and present findings to clients.
  • Conduct field testing and inspection of pavements to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support accreditation processes and assist in drafting proposals for tender submissions and securing research funding.
  • Provide technical assistance to all companies within our Group.
  • Deliver in-house training sessions for company staff and stakeholders.
