Pest Control Professional

We are seeking skilled Pest Control Professionals to safeguard homes and businesses from pest infestations.

About the Role:

  • Safeguard homes and businesses from pest infestations
  • Ensure public health and safety

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Engagement
  • Speak with customers and genuinely listen to their concerns
  • Educate clients on preventive measures and exclusion methods
  • Provide strong customer service with follow-ups as needed
Inspection and Problem Solving
  • Conduct extensive inspections to identify pest issues and underlying causes
  • Use problem-solving skills to develop effective exclusion methods
  • Provide tailored recommendations for long-term pest control solutions
Pest Control Operations
  • Apply pesticides when and where necessary, following strict product label instructions and regulations
  • Utilize baiting and monitoring systems to track and manage pest activity
  • Operate and maintain pest control equipment such as sprayers, foggers, and dusters
Team Collaboration
  • Work effectively with office personnel and the sales team to meet customer needs
  • Maintain accurate service reports and documentation
Safety and Compliance
  • Adhere to all safety standards and guidelines
  • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes through regular training

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Valid NEA Vector Control Technician (VCT) license
  • Valid Class 3 driving license
