Wildlife Education Program Manager

Mandai Wildlife Group is a leading wildlife and nature destination in Singapore, home to world-renowned wildlife parks that connect visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife.
The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore's Central Catchment Nature Reserve, that will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.
As a Wildlife Education Program Manager, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional school camps and retreats that inspire learning and appreciation for nature.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Managing and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of school camps and retreats;
- Identifying new collaboration opportunities, developing strategies, and building a pipeline to grow the share of school camps and retreats;
- Regularly reviewing camp programs to ensure achievement of learning objectives;
- Reviewing risk assessments and Standard Operating Procedures for camps;
- Recruiting, training, and managing a pool of regular part-time facilitators to execute school camps and programs.
In this role, you will work closely with our team to develop and implement effective education programs that meet the needs of students and teachers. If you have a passion for wildlife conservation, education, and community engagement, we encourage you to apply.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Outdoor Adventure, Life Sciences, Biology, or a related field;
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in conducting outdoor-related camps or programs (for children preferred) / facilitation;
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to engage and inspire audiences;
- Keen to learn with a positive attitude and strong organizational and time management skills;
- Ability to drive, initiate, and collaborate as part of a high-performing team;
- Customer-oriented, energetic, and warm disposition; and
- A deep interest in nature, wildlife, and public education.
We offer a competitive salary of SGD 80,000 - 100,000 per annum, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for growth and professional development.
