Job Title: Mechanical Process Specialist

  • Mechanical Process Engineer - Drive Manufacturing Efficiency

As a key team member, you will be responsible for performing machining process planning and fixture & gauge designs. You will handle quotations and program management while applying Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methodologies for continuous process improvements.

  • Develop and implement machining process plans and fixture designs
  • Manage quotations and program execution
  • Apply Six Sigma/Lean Manufacturing methodologies for process enhancements
  • Schedule and coordinate ERP system to streamline operations

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in manufacturing engineering

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform machining process planning and fixture design tasks
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution
  • Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to improve efficiency and reduce waste
  • Develop and manage complex processes and programs
